Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order with Aspect Multimedia.
In the following terms and conditions, the words "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing the Aspect Multimedia on-line store; and the words "we","us" and "our" refer to Aspect Multimedia of Aspect House PO Box 56 Stroud Gloucestershire GL6 7YD.
These terms and conditions apply to create a separate contract each time you purchase a product at Aspect Multimedia.co.uk ("the product"). Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. All prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
Aspect Multimedia currently can fulfil orders throughout the UK. Purchases from Aspect Multimedia.co.uk are paid for by cheque or postal order.Delivery of the product will be made within 10 days of receipt of order and will be subject to stock availability.
You will not resell, hire, sub-license, assign, copy, modify, merge, distribute, transfer, decompile or reverse engineer the product, except as expressly provided by us in these terms and conditions, or to the extent that the restriction is not permitted under applicable law. You will be responsible for providing a safe, secure and satisfactory operating environment in which to use the product.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will inform you if a particular product is unavailable for any reason and you will receive a refund of any money you have paid for the unavailable product as soon as possible, and certainly within 28 days of the day you sent your order to us.
If you wish to return the products purchased, immediately send the products in their original unopened condition to us by first class mail at your expense. Once we have received the products, we will refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible, and certainly within 28 days.
We regret that we cannot exchange a product once the package is opened, and we can only exchange the product if it was incorrectly supplied by us initially. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer hardware and software meet the system requirements stated for each product.
As soon as we have delivered the products to you, you will be responsible for it, subject to these terms and conditions.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 10 days from the date of your order before contacting us in case delivery has been delayed.
In the unlikely event that a product is defective on delivery or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@aspectmultimedia.co.uk or by post at the above address within 10 days of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged other than as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, you may arrange for its return to us and we will replace the product.
You consent to the storage and processing of your personal data by us in connection with the business of Aspect Multimedia and to the transmission of this data to our business partners for the purposes of our legitimate interests, including fulfilment of your order, statistical analysis, marketing our products and credit control. If you breach this agreement, your personal data may also be disclosed or transferred to third parties to the extent necessary to assist in recovery procedures.We accept liability for foreseeable loss or damage arising out of our breach of contract, negligence or willful misconduct. We will not be liable for any loss or damage related to any business of yours, such as lost data, lost profits, business interruption or any other indirect, special or consequential loss or damage caused to that business. However, nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Neither you nor us will be liable for any delay or failure to perform our respective obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond our own reasonable control., such as acts of God, civil commotion, riots, drought, flood and fire. Nor will this affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If any part of these terms and conditions that is not fundamental is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such finding will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions.
